I’m a web developer by trade, and I was chatting online with a friend who is an artist, lamenting about all the crafty projects I’ve not been doing. I realized that, for me, websites are sort of like a sketch pad. I have about 20 domains. I get an idea and get a domain name and sort of sketch out what I’d like it to be.
This Yoga Outpost was my latest. I thought I’d like a name for when I take my yoga teacher training public. My corporation is named Radiant Life Productions, but all versions of that were taken.
So then I started thinking about another VERY random journal-ish blog I have, called Outposts in My Head (from the Sally Kempton quote, “It’s hard to fight an enemy with outposts in your head”. Do you know her?
ANYWAY, that’s how I ended up with the Yoga Outpost, and here you are!
