Hot Power Yoga

Hot power with Lorelle – was a packed house (35 students) and a lot of shuffling around at the beginning to fit everyone in. Lorelle handled it with ease and grace, made everyone feel like it was an adventure, and kept us laughing about banging into each other during class.

Her wise words interspersed with the asana cues always speak to my heart, and helped me stay focused in the moment.
